Sessions run from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM EST on Saturday and Sunday.

Join Laurie Foos (Fiction, MFA Writing Faculty) and Tony Eprile (Fiction, MFA Writing Faculty) for two intensive days of writing and revising fiction. Jumpstart your creativity and remind yourself why you write via a series of prompts and innovative exercises, and also learn some powerful new techniques to revise and re-envision your manuscripts. This virtual retreat will offer lively, fun-but-serious, and deeply informative sessions.

Saturday will be focused on generating new material. Participants will be giving a variety of writing prompts, and there will be discussion of the writing process, as well as time for Q&A.

Sunday’s session will pivot to revision. Participants will be given prompts and techniques for revision, and there will be discussion of the revision process, as well as Q&A.
