Celebrate Andrea Wang’s (WFYP, June 2011) newest book, Summer at Squee! Summer at Squee is a new middle grade novel about a Chinese American tween who attends a Boston-based Chinese cultural overnight camp and the many ways it transforms her. Andrea Wang is a favorite local author and has received many awards including a Caldecott Medal, a Newbery Honor and the Asian/Pacific American Award for Literature.

Andrea will be joined in conversation with another local favorite, Malia Maunakea, author of Lei and the Fire Goddess.
