The Tiny Shed Arts & Discovery Series with Steven Cramer
July 5 @ 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm EST
The Tiny Shed Discovery & Arts series continues with a novel, genre-blending match-up, as internationally touring guitarist and composer Nathaniel Braddock joins up in a collaboration with poet Steven Cramer (Poetry, Mentor).
Braddock performs solo fingerstyle guitar concerts drawing on his repertoire of African roots and American fingerstyle guitar music. He teaches privately, and has been on faculty at the Passim School of Music, Chicago’s Old Town School of Folk Music, and Chair of the Chicago Waldorf School’s guitar program.
Cramer is the author of seven poetry collections, has earned honors from Massachusetts Cultural Council and National Endowment for the Arts, and has taught Bennington College, Boston University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tufts University, and Lesley University, where he founded the Low-Residency MFA Program in Creative Writing.
The Tiny Shed Arts & Discovery Series is a collaboration of ArtsArlington and Arlington Tourism and Economic Development Committee, with support from Mirak Properties, the Mass Cultural Council, and Freedom’s Way National Heritage Area.
Events take place at The Arlington Visitor Center, located next to Uncle Sam Plaza in Arlington Center, by the Minute Bikeway at the intersection of Mass Ave and Mystic Street.
